TO OPERATE
1. Attach hose (6) to air supply (CO² Tank or Compres-
sor using adapter #4; Aerosol propellant can, using
adapter #2). Holding air hose in hand, attach air brush
body (1) to air hose by gently turning in clockwise
motion onto fitting until snug.
2. When air is regulated, pressure should be between
15 to 50 PSI. Normal operating pressure is 1 CFM
@ 20 PSI. We recommend a pressure gauge and/or
water trap in conjunction with compressor where
humidity is a problem. A compressor or C0
more practical for larger jobs and prolonged
spraying.
3. Attach jar (5) by inserting stem into hole at bottom
of air brush body (1) near head. Twist the stem in
firmly.
4. Slowly press trigger (9) down to release desired
amount of paint. When working very close, use

less air pressure. Finer spray is obtained by
working close to surface - increase distance for
wider spray. The amount of paint sprayed can be
regulated by the air brush regulator assembly (8).
Turn the regulator down for less paint, up for more.
5. A wrench (3) is supplied to aid in cleaning the air
brush assembly. To clean, loosen the brass
stem (8a) behind the regulator, loosen lock nut (8b)
and remove regulator assembly. The regulator
assembly should be soaked in a solvent until all
paint is removed. To install, insert regulator tip (8c)
into hole under the nozzle. Holding the regulator
tip and lock nut in place, insert regulator stem fully
into air brush body (see illustration) and tighten
lock nut. Note: Regulator tip should be threaded
onto stem several turns to allow for adjustment
after lock nut is tightened. Tighten lock nut by hand
and secure by tightening brass stem with wrench.
