Warranty
The liability of Brand Brand Developers Australia Pty Limited and
Brand Developers Limited under this warranty shall be limited solely to
repair or replacement of the ladder within the warranty period; and Brand
Developers Australia Pty Limited and Brand Developers Limited shall
not be liable, under any circumstances, for consequential or incidental
damages, including, but not limited to, personal injury or labour costs. Some
Australian states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply
to you. This warranty gives the original purchaser specific legal rights and
you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Under no circumstances will Brand Developers Australia Pty Limited and
Brand Developers Limited be responsible for any expense in connection
with any repairs made by anyone other than the factory or authorized
service station unless repairs have been specifically authorized in writing by
Brand Developers Australia Pty Limited and Brand Developers Limited.
The warranty is void if the enclosed Warranty Registration Card is not
completed and returned or an email has not been sent to register the
product with Brand Developers Australia Pty Limited and Brand
Developers Limited within 30 days of product delivery.
