• Please do not keep your phone close to your eyes
while the flash is active.
• If the label inside your phone is damaged when
your phone or its battery is wet, manufacturer's
quality assurance may not be warranted by the af-
ter-sales service provider even tough your phone is
in warranty period.

Troubleshooting

When you detect an abnormal condition on your
device, you may try to resolve the issue as per the
descriptions specified.
If your device does not resume normal operation still,
contact Vestel Communication Center.
You can find authorized services list and contact
information from the web site.
Phone does not start
Press the power button at least for 2 seconds. If the
screen is frozen or it takes too much time to respond,
try pressing the Power Key for 15 seconds to restart
the phone.
Check if the battery has discharged. If so, recharge
the battery. Start the phone. You may be asked to
enter a password if the phone lock is active. Enter
the phone lock password in order to use the phone.
Enter the PIN code. You shall enter the PIN code if the
PIN code lock is active.
Enter the PUK code, if you enter the PIN wrong three
times successively, your card shall be locked and you
shall enter the PUK code provided by the network
operator.
