UIM/SIM Card Error
1.UIM / SIM card may be installed incorrectly. Please
install the UIM/SIM card correctly as specified in the
Operation Manual.
2.UIM/ SIM may be damaged: Contact your network
service provider.
Cannot Connect to the Network
Weak Signal: Try connecting again at a location with
higher reception. UIM/SIM card invalid out of the cov-
erage area of network service provider. Contact your
network service provider.
No Call Can be Made
Ensure that you have pressed the Call button.
Please ensure that your payment date or date of your
phone bill has not expired.
Ensure that your UIM/SIM card is valid.
Bad Call Quality
Please check whether the volume level is proper.
Operating the phone in a location with low level of
signal reception: Radio waves are not transferred
in locations such as basements or areas with high
building around.
Callers Cannot Access You
Ensure that your phone is turned on and connected
to the network.
Please ensure that your payment date or date of your
phone bill has not expired.
Ensure that your UIM/SIM card is valid.
Callers Cannot Hear You
Please make sure that the microphone is turned on.
