8 Communications between Tablet PCs and field devices

Note The Tablet PC has an integrated Bluetooth Class 1 adapter.
The maximum range of the BT HART modem of 100 m can thereby be reached.
1. Click on the home screen of the Tablet PC on the "HotTab" icon.
2. Click on "Device ON/OFF".
3. Enable Bluetooth "BT".
4. Click the "Bluetooth" icon in the menu bar of the Tablet PC.
5. Click on "Add a Device".
6. Turn the BT HART modem on.
