M18 Amplifier User Guide
Thank you for purchasing the M18 amplifier. The amplifier has been designed to give you
greater flexibility and control of your telephone headset. We have included this user guide for
your convenience so you may quickly enjoy the many features of your amplifier.

INSTALLATION

Installing the batteries or AC power adapter
Remove the battery cover on the side of the amplifier
Install 2 "AA" alkaline batteries and replace the cover
Press the mute button to confirm if the batteries are fitted correctly
Simply plug in the external power supply to use the amplifier without batteries
NOTE:
Do not use batteries and a power supply together

CONNECTION TO YOUR TELEPHONE AND HEADSET

Unplug your telephone handset cord from the telephone base and plug it into the
handset port (pictured) on the back of the amplifier
port and you plug your amplifier into the port, there may not be a need to unplug the
handset or remove it from the cradle. See your sales representative for information on
headset ready phones
Connect the short curly cord provided on the back of the amplifier to the handset jack
of your phone
Plug the headset into the headset jack in the front of the amplifier
