How to use the sampler

Error codes and messages
ER 1 System error hardware. Remove and insert the batteries again and repeat the
test with a new test strip. If error code persists, please contact customer service.
Test strip is damaged or used, or have the blood sample applied before
ER 2
"blood drop symbol" began to fl ash on the screen. Repeat the test
with a new strip.
Er 3
Test strip was given the small amount of blood. Stick again to repeat
the test with a new test strip and the right amount of blood.
Er 4 Test strip was removed or dislodged during the countdown. Repeat
the test with a new test strip.
Er 5 NFC was disconnected during transmission. Repeat the NFC-transfer.
If the problem persists, contact customer service.
HI Your test result is higher than 33,3 mmol/L!
LO
Your test result is lower than 1,1 mmol/L!
CAUTION! If HI or LO appears, contact your health care provider before
changing your treatment. Shown HI or LO repeatedly even though your
blood sugar levels are high or low, contact customer service.
