    This User's Handbook intends to be a sound reference and working tool to them who will use our shredder CIP 1000; it includes some practical guidelines on how to use the machine according to its design principles and technical features as well as to move, install, assemble, adjust and use it correctly.

CIP 1000 in particular, we would remind you that the use of this machine is representative of a style of life, where the environment protection is a basic principle and the recycling practice takes the place of an indiscriminate disposal of waste.

    CAUTION Green Technik undertakes no responsibility in case any safety guards or loading hoppers installed on the machine are changed or removed, as well as in case of non-compliance with the obligations and/or prohibitions expressly specified in this paragraph and, in general, of any of the rules and provisions set forth in this Handbook.

    ECTION A: GENERAL INFORMATION Special attention should be paid to the serviceability of the power connecting cable as well as of other perishable parts installed on the machine. Besides, check for no leakage of oil, fuel or other harmful matters. Should this be the case, the operator must absolutely avoid to start the machine until the problem is removed.
  • Page 11 ECTION A: GENERAL INFORMATION In case the machine is driven by an electric motor, connect the cable using extensions of less than 20 meters in length, provided with plugs having the same features as the one delivered with the machine. Absolutely avoid connections with cables lacking in the earth wire or whose section gauge is lower than 2 mm2 (each wire).

    INAL DISMANTLING FINAL DISMANTLING The machine consists of metal and plastic parts. Before dismantling it, let oil and fuel flow out completely, then flush the machine following the instructions printed on the toxicological cards of the products used. When dismantling and scrapping the machine, sort the metal parts from the plastic ones, then dispose of them in conformity with the rules in force.
