     Only use thread seal tape (Teflon® tape) for fitting connections into unit.     CAUTION: DO NOT CHANGE LEVEL 2 SETTINGS WITHOUT CONSULTING RAINFRESH TECHNICIAN (1-800-667 8072). Wrongly changing the settings can result in malfunction of the unit. When the Level 2 Master Programming Mode is entered, all available option setting displays may be viewed and set as needed.

    Manual Bypass In the case of emergency, such as an overflowing brine tank, you can isolate your water softener from the water supply using the bypass valve located at the back of the control. To resume soft water service, open bypass valve by rotating the knobs counterclockwise.
