DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY WITH FCC RULES FOR ELECTROMAGNETIC
COMPATIBILITY
We, Belkin International, Inc., of 12045 E. Waterfront Drive, Playa Vista, CA 90094, declare under our sole
responsibility that the device, [sku], complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the
following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept
any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
Caution: Exposure to Radio Frequency Radiation.
The device shall be used in such a manner that the potential for human contact normal operation is
minimized.
This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This
equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and your
body.
