- Page 7 If the lifting tape is visibly worn it should be replaced. It is nevertheless recommended to change the lifting tape after 4000 lifting cycles or 4 years usage. 1. Remove the rear cover 2. Drive lifting tape out until the fastening part of the drum is serviceable. 3.
