5. After making sure AE1000 & Car’s ECU is actively connected, disconnect the battery terminal from the old battery and remove the old battery. The AE1000 will supply power to maintain car’s ECU memory during this process. Note: 1. Please don't let the battery terminal (+) (-) touch any metal part of the car, or it could disrupt or damage the circuits in the vehicle. -
