    FDX-12UHD User’s Guide 2 Product outline The FDX-12UHD (hereafter referred to as “FDX”) is a digital matrix switcher having 12 inputs / 12 outputs, supporting up to 4K@60 and HDCP2.2. Since the FDX supports combinations of digital slot boards and HDBaseT slot boards, the system can be simplified.

    FDX-12UHD User’s Guide 6 Precautions Before connecting to external devices, follow the precautions below. 6.1 Installation When installing the FDX, please observe the following precautions. ● Do not block vent holes. To provide adequate ventilation, maintain sufficient clearances around the FDX 1.18 in.

    FDX-12UHD User’s Guide 6.2.1 Cables IDK has a large selection of flexible HDMI cables, DVI cables, high-quality long cables, and conversion cables. Use the correct cable depending on the system configuration. For analog audio and RS-232C, select or fabricate cables to match the connectors as needed.

    FDX-12UHD User’s Guide 7 Basic Operation This User’s Guide explains operations from the front panel of the FDX and a Web browser. See FDX-12UHD Command Guide for control by commands. If “8.9.3 Power saving” is set to “ON” and no operation is performed for 60 seconds, the LC screen and the following key will turn off.

    FDX-12UHD User’s Guide 7.4 Recalling preset memory Settings of video and audio I/O channel settings can be saved in preset memories (up to 32 memories) using the function of “8.8.2 Saving cross point”. Preset memories 1 to 12 can be recalled from the PRESET LOAD key (1 in the figure below) or INPUT SELECT keys.

    FDX-12UHD User’s Guide 7.5 Key function lock Key functions can be locked/unlocked by pressing the “ESC” key for five seconds. Press and hold the “ESC” key until you hear a long beep sound. Front keys are divided into some groups, and you can group them.
