Throttle

Turn throttle changes thespeed.
• Avoid turning throttle too quickly to protect scooter and
rider.
Throttle un-locks:
• Throttle won't work unless at beginning position;
Move throttle back to beginning position can work again.
Or turn key to "OFF" first then turn to "START", throttle
un-lock.
• When scooter in "START" status, don't turn throttle over 180
degrees, throttle will lock by itself. Turn key to "OFF" first
then turn to "START", throttle un-lock.
In the "START" position, throttle is active!!
