Perform an UART write action on the digital board on a specified UART

Write out the bytes through the indicated port

The user inputs the UART to write to, the number of bytes and the bytes to be
written to the UART.
1=UART port 1 : not used
2=UART port 2 : Bit Engine
3=UART port 3 : Analogue board
