CHANGING THE UNIT OF MEASUREMENT

The unit of measurement can easily be changed from pounds (Ibs) to kilograms (kg). With the scale turned on, simply
push the unit button located underneath the scale to change the unit of measurement.

MEASURING YOUR WEIGHT

1. Place the scale on a hard even surface. Note: the scale will be inaccurate on carpets and uneven surfaces.
2. Step onto the scale and remain still. Use caution when stepping on and off the scale. Do not lean toward the
edges as this can cause the scale to tip,
3. Your weight will display on the LCD screen
4. The scale will automatically turn off after a few seconds of inactivity to conserve battery power
