D o not cover the hob with aluminium foil or similar
products hen cooking. This could d a m a g e the hob.
D o not allow liquids to boil over onto the hob and
hotplates. Use d e e p p ans when cooking with larg e
quantities of liquid.
The hob must b e k e pt dry. S alt water and wet p ans
c an d a m a g e the hob. D o not cook with wet p ans.
Any food which spills onto the hob must b e cle ane d off
imm e diately with a dishcloth.
The hotplates should b e cle ane d with so a p and water.
Dry the hob. Moisture m ay c ause the hotplates to rust
over tim e. W et hotplates should b e drie d quickly.
To prote ct the surfa c e of the hotplates, tre at the m using
an oil or other prote ctive product availa ble on the m ark et.
The e d g es of the hotplates m ay turn slightly yellow with
use. This is norm al. C le an the e d g es using a stainless
ste el cle aner.
C le an the cooking hob using a d a mp cloth.
D o not use a a brasive cle aning products or scouring
spong es. This could c ause the hob to lose its shine.
O ver tim e, bluish or yellowish stains m ay a pp e ar on the
hob and around the e d g es of the hotplates. Use stainless
ste el cle aners.
