BASIC INSTR UCTIONS FOR D MX512
OPER ATION ( STAGE1)
MAS TER DIMMER
CH1 controls the intensity o f the currently p rojec ted color
●
When the sli der is at the hig hest positi on ( 255) the intensit y of the output is the maximum
●
RED , GRE EN & BL U E & WHIT E COL OR S ELECTION
CH2, CH3 & CH4 & CH5 con trol the intensit y ratio of each of the RED, GREEN, BLUE &
●
WHIT E LEDs.
When the sli der is at the hig hest positi on ( 255) the intensit y of the color is the maximum.
●
CH2, CH3, C H4 & CH5 can b e combined to gether to create over 16 million colors .
●
COL OR MACROS
CH6 selects the required CO LO R MACRO
●
CH6 has pr ior ity over CH2, C H3, CH4 & CH5
●
CH1 is used to control the in tensity of the CO LO R MACRO
●
STROBE
CH 7 control s the str obe of C H1 to CH6
●
Strobe 1 is with RGB in-step
●
Strobe 2 is with RGB out-ste p
●
Strobe 3 is a pulse str obe(fa st on/slow off)
●
Strobe 4 is a pulse str obe ( s low on/fast off)
●
CH7 has pr ior ity over CH2, C H3, CH4 &CH 5.
●
ID ADDRE SS S EL EC TION
●
CH9 is used to selec t the tar get ID addr ess .
●
Each indepe ndent DMX add ress may have upto 66 independent ID addr esses.
An ID addres s of 0 will activa te all ID addre ss loc ations .

AUT O
CH8 selects the preset AUT O pr ograms AT. 01-AT.10 or the custom AUTO programs CUS .01-

CUS.10
When activating the cus tom AUTO program s CUS.01 to CUS.10 then it is possi ble to con trol

the STEP T IME and FADE T IME us ing CH2 and CH3 respectively.
