    2) Anti-virus software may be interfering. Lower your anti-virus or firewall' s security level - or disengage it while installing the CZUR software. Then reengage it. 3) Faulty software download. Download the software again & make sure it completely downloads before trying to install it.

    Check the connection by pressing the scan button once. If the TFT screen shows "Ready" and "User name," it means you are connected to the "CZUR cloud." Also, log into your CZUR cloud App, choose "Device Manager", then press "Apply".
