Turn both casters parallel to the object you are transferring onto. When transferring to and from the wheelchair, ALWAYS ENGAGE BOTH WHEEL LOCKS. DO NOT use parts, accessories or adapters other than those authorized by Future Mobility Healthcare Inc. Otherwise, the warranty is void.
Mobility Healthcare Inc. wheelchairs have NOT been designed or tested as a seat for any kind of weight training. If occupant uses said wheelchair as a weight training apparatus, Future Mobility Healthcare Inc. shall NOT be liable for bodily injury or damage to the wheelchair and the warranty is void.
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser/user of our products. Future Mobility Healthcare Inc. (“FMHI”) warrants its Stellato II Wheelchair parts and miscellaneous components to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. The frame is warranted for the lifetime of the original purchaser/user.
