THE KETTLES SLEEK GOOSENECK DESIGN is specifically made to control the water flow during your pour. The precision spout is used to improve the accuracy and control of your pour, so you can slowly and evenly saturate your coffee grounds and extract the best flavor from your beans.
Using Your Kettle 1. Set the base on a flat, even and steady surface. 1. Remove the kettle from the base. 2. Remove the lid and fill the kettle with water to the desired level. Do not fill the kettle past the MAX line, which is located inside the kettle near the handle.

8. The number above the horizontal line shows you the preset tempera- ture that the water will boil to. 9. Press the power button again and it will turn red. 10. When the power button is red, you can adjust the temperature according to your preferred temperature.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE: Before cleaning, unplug the electrical kettle and make sure it has been cooled down WARNING: Never immerse the kettle or the base in water or other liquids. EXTERIOR OF THE KETTLE • Wipe the exterior of the kettle and base with a damp cloth and dry it thoroughly.
