- Page 2 FIGURE 2: CONTROL PANEL DIALS Black outer "Clock Ring" is marked for a 24-hour day. It indicates watering start time and will set current time when batteries are installed. White inner dial, "Duration Ring" can set watering times from 30 seconds up to two hours.
