• Defects caused by misuse with, or connection
to, any accessory or software not genuine
Midland.
Warranty is not enforceable:
• If the product has been dismantled, modified
or repaired by anyone other than the autho-
rized service centre or if it's repaired using
unauthorized spare parts.
• If the product has been exposed to environ-
mental conditions for which it has not been
designed.
• In case of corrosion, oxidation or spill battery
fluid.
• If the serial number has been removed,
erased, altered or is illegible.
Nobody will be indemnified for the inactivity
period of the device nor can expect refund or
claim for direct or circumstantial damages due
to an inappropriate use of the device.
