Not receiving all cable channels
Make sure you have set up the GUIDE Plus+ menu to recognize your cable box. Select GUIDE Plus+ Menu from the Main
menu, then select Setup from the GUIDE Plus+ menu. Choose "Yes" when asked if you have a cable box. Then select
Setup from the Main menu and make sure to search for all channels when prompted.

the Setup option, and provide the correct information on the following screens.
Maybe a vacant channel is tuned.
If watching VCR (connected only through antenna input), make sure TV is tuned to channel 3 or 4—the same as CH3/4

GUIDE Plus+ Gold Problems
Check to make sure the G-LINK cable wands are positioned in front of the IR sensors on the cable box and/or VCR.
GUIDE Plus+ Gold System control of cable box is slower than direct control of the box when changing channels.
You may have an incorrect GUIDE Plus+ Gold Channel Map. The guide may get out of sync with the cable provider. Use
the GUIDE Plus+ menu Setup feature to change the zip code to 99999. Turn the TV off for 10 minutes. Use Setup again
to change the zip code back to the correct value. If asked, be sure to select the correct lineup.

Care and Cleaning

CAUTION: Turn OFF your TV before cleaning.
You can clean the TV as required, using a soft lint-free cloth. Be sure to occasionally dust the ventilation slots in the cabinet
to help assure adequate ventilation.
The TV's screen may be cleaned with a soft, lint-free cloth as well. Take care not to scratch or mar the screen. If
necessary, you may use a cloth dampened with warm water.
Never use strong cleaning agents, such as ammonia-based cleaners, or abrasive powder. These types of
cleaners will damage the TV.
While cleaning do not spray liquid directly on the screen, or allow liquid to run down the screen and inside the TV. Also,
avoid placing drinks or vases with water on top of the TV. This could increase the risk of fire or shock hazard or damage to
the TV.
Caution: If fixed (non-moving) images are left on the screen for long periods, they may be permanently imprinted on the
picture tube. Such images include network logos, phone numbers, and video games. This damage is not covered by your
warranty. Extended viewing of channels displaying these images should be avoided.
