LIMITED WARRANTY

The warranty does not limit the user's statutory rights
under aplicable National laws relating to the sale of
consumer products.
During the warranty period, any fault attributable to
defects in materials, design or workmanship will be
repaired in a reasonable period of time free of any
charge for repair. In the event repair is not possible,
we should provide the user with a similar or better
featured device or accessory. The warranty period
starts at the time of product's original purchase by
the first end-user.
The warrany period lasts:
• 24 months for the device or main unit.
• 6 months for accessories (batterys, chargers, an-
tennas, headhones, cables).
Any claim for defective product must be noticed
within a reasonable period of time from when the
defect was first observed and, in any case, after the
expiration of the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover:
• The product deterioration by normal use.
• Defects caused by misuse with, or connection to,
any accessory or software not genuine Midland.
