BATTERY REMOVAL

The appliance must be disconnected from the supply mains when removing
the battery.
Turn the trimmer on and discharge all remaining power.
Remove the comb attachment.
Detach the blade cartridge.
Remove the blade clip using a screwdriver.
Pry the two halves of the housing apart from one another to expose the
internals.
Unscrew 2 screws located toward the head end of motor bracket assembly
and 1 screw at midway of the bracket assembly.
Take out the bracket assembly from the housing.
Disconnect the battery from the circuit board.
The battery is to be disposed of safely.

To avoid environmental and health problems due to hazardous
substances in electrical and electronic goods, appliances marked with
this symbol must not be disposed of with unsorted municipal waste,
but recovered, reused or recycled.
