- Page 3 Assembly Instructions for Treatment Table only: Tools you will need: 1) #3 Philips Screwdriver 1) Place Treatment Table carton right side up and remove all staples to avoid damaging the treatment Table. 2) Open carton out flat on the floor to provide a clean assembly area. Roll the Treatment Table onto the cardboard as shown here.

The Shelf drops in on top of cross channel and will be flush with the two end frame cross bars. The Shelf also rests on an L bracket in each corner.
