return or exchange your phone or before factory reset
to avoid PIN from being required to access phone.
1. Touch Settings
to enter the Personalization settings.
2. Touch Lock screen.
3. Touch Sign-in options at the bottom.
4. Touch Remove under PIN option.
5. Confirm removal.
