Possible Solutions
Check the symbol to ensure it is not
defaced. Try scanning test barcode
of the same barcode type
Connect the SHARK to a powered
USB power adapter(5V, 2A)
Move closer to the host and try re-
connect.
Turn on Bluetooth on the mobile
device
Change a SHARK communication
path to "BLE"
Change a RFID Reporting parameter
to "OVERLAP"
