Introduction Hamlet HUSCR2 is a Smart Card and SIM Card reader that allows you the use of the Regional Services Card (CRS) and the National Services Card (CNS) to access the online services of public administration, sending encrypted digital signature, to sign digital documents and securely access to websites for Home Banking, e- commerce and other applications that require secure data.
