10.3 Personal

10.3.1 Location
On
Touch the switch to enable the use of information from Wi-Fi
and mobile networks to determine your approximate location, for
use in Google Maps, when you search, and so on. When you select
this option, you're asked whether you consent to share your location
anonymously with Google's location service.
Mode
Touch to select High accuracy, Battery saving or Device only mode.
• High accuracy: Use GPS, Wi-Fi and mobile network to determine
location.
• Battery saving: Use Wi-Fi to determine location.
• Device only: Use GPS to determine location.
Recent location requests
This list shows the recent location requests.
10.3.2 Security
Func
You can specify a maximum of five app shortcuts displayed on the
lock screen.
Screen lock
Touch to set your screen unlock method. For example, you can unlock
your phone by sliding the screen, entering a password, or drawing a
pattern, etc.

Fingerprint

Touch to set your fingerprint. You can use fingerprint to unlock screen
or private folder.
Encrypt phone
Requires a numeric PIN, pattern, or password to decrypt your phone
each time you power it on.
Make passwords visible
Switch the toggle to show passwords as you type.
Device administrators
Touch to view or deactivate device administrators.
Unknown sources
Switch the toggle to permit installation of applications that you
obtain from websites, emails, or other locations other than Google
Play Store.
To protect your phone and personal data, download applications only
from trusted sources, such as Google Play Store.
Data protection
This feature protects your data from unwanted access.
Trusted credentials
Touch to display trusted CA certificates.
Some models may not support the fingerprint feature.
