Troubleshooting

General faults

Connected system components are not correctly controlled or not controlled at all
H Check connections and cables (see section entitled "Control panel connections" on page 5).
H Check the voltage at the terminals.
H Scan operating states in the "Operating data" menu.
Room temperature too cold/too warm
H Check nominal values.
H Check actual room temperature.
H Check individual boiler control units of connected boilers.
System components operate erratically (e.g. severe temperature fluctuations)
H Check control unit settings in the "Nominal value" menu path.
Incorrect temperature recording
H Check temperature sensors concerned.
