Make sure you have cleaned the filter as suggested. Clogged filter may result in reduced

All house exits (windows doors etc) where the air purifier is operating, should be shut.

Fan speed needs to be set to High mode.

Make sure you have pressed the "ION" button for 3 seconds to reset the Timer, after

completing the filter's cleaning.
The unit makes a loud noise when operating
The air filter is clogged.

The device is tilted instead of being in an upright position.

The floor surface is not flat.
