Preheat liquids before use.
You can cook more quickly if you preheat

stocks, soups and liquid seasonings prior
to use.

Be sure to place the Glass Lid on the
Ceramic Pot when cooking.

It's not necessary to stir the ingredients
during cooking.

Repeatedly removing the Glass Lid will
decrease the temperature in the Ceramic

Pot. Once you turn the Switch on, leave
the cooking to the pot.
