To install the handle:
Position the handle onto the end of the cabinet
as shown and fasten it in place with the four
hex bolts, eight flat washers, and four hex nuts
(Figure 8).

To install the wheels and feet:
1.
Insert the axle into the cabinet (Figure 9).
2.
Position a
each wheel and slide the wheel onto the axle
end.
3.
Install the cotter pin into the end of the axle to
hold the wheel on.
4.
Install the remaining wheel in the same man-
ner.
5.
Thread on one
foot.
6.
At the handle-end of the cabinet (Figure 8),
thread each foot into the cabinet and tighten
the hex nuts to lock the feet into place.
