4.0 MECHANICAL INSTRUCTION
Disassembly Procedure for Main Set
1. Remove 8pcs of screws on the side of bottom
cabinet.
2. Open the bottom cabinet; unplug all the wire
connecter from main board. The wire connecters are
for: DVD loader, battery board and TFT driver board,
Key board and speaker.
Remove all the screws on the main board(3 pcs) and
SW board(1 pc); then take the main board from bottom
cabinet.
3. up-plug the FFC from DVD driver, then you can take
out the DVD Driver.
4. Remove the flex FFC on the bottom side behind the
black flannel
