When unpacking, make sure you got all materials sorted and organized, as it will help with providing an overview of the build. Tools needed for assemby are a set of Allen-keys and a wrench to tighten the nuts.

The logic of aluminium profiles revolves around the slots the profiles have and in a lesser degree the cores which can be provided with a thread.

    Sim-Racing Chassis Manual ver 1.1 4.2 Base The upright brackets are fixated with counter sunk M8x20 mm (black steel) bolts. The countersunk holes for the uprights are kept on the inside. Positioning them symmetricaly is very important, so we suggest using a measuring device. IMPORTANT: 2 profiles with length 420 mm have a threaded hole on 1 side.

    Sim-Racing Chassis Manual ver 1.1 4.3 Dashboard bracket assembly The lips of the corner brackets are broken off to be mounted flush with the brackets (Figure 2). Use M8x25 countersunk bolts (8x) + M8 nut to mount the corner brackets. Tools needed for assembly are a set of Allen-keys, and a wrench to tighten the nuts.

    Sim-Racing Chassis Manual ver 1.1 4.5 Dashboard The dashboard bracket is suited for the following wheels: • MiGe (ST130), the small and big MiGe • Bodnar SimSteering System 50 range • Fanatec ClubSport Wheel Base V1/V2/V3 IMPORTANT: the Fanatec CSL wheel is NOT suited to be mounted on the dash- board bracket! With the clamping lever, it is possible to quick adjust the angle (inclination) of the wheel.
