1. Default setting: Press the "START" button on the counter for more than 3 seconds
until "00" is displayed, flashing on the screen. Press the "START" button again to
complete the default setting which is 35 days.

2. The display is on standby during normal use. Press "START" button to display the
remaining number of days. When the counter shows "00" the filter cartridges will have
to be replaced. Repeat the default setting operation after replacement of filter cartridges.
