Chapter 4: Installation
This chapter of the Gamry Instruments Inc. Reference 600+ Operator's Manual covers normal installation
of the Reference 600+. We assume the Reference 600+ is installed as part of a Gamry Framework-based
electrochemical measurement system containing a Microsoft Windows
®
-compatible computer. These
instructions also assume use with Gamry's Framework Software Revision 7.0 or higher.

Initial Visual Inspection
After you remove your Reference 600+ from its shipping carton, check it for any signs of shipping damage.
If any damage is noted, please notify Gamry Instruments, Inc. and the shipping carrier immediately. Save
the shipping container for possible inspection by the carrier.
