USAGE Temperature control knob The temperature of the grill plate can be adjusted. The Numbers on the temperature knob have following meaning: = thermostat switched on = keeping warm 3 - 4 = grilling with low temperature ( for fish etc.) = grilling on medium temperature (for chicken etc.) = grilling on max. - Page 22 CLEANING The appliance should be cleaned after each use. Unplug the Cleaning and maintenance appliance. The appliance should cool down a little and can be cleaned easier when it is not that hot. Use a damp cloth with a little bit of detergent to clean it. Resisting dirt should be covered with some oil, wait for about 5 min and try to remove it again with a damp cloth.
