Check whether voltage of
CE501 is multiply 1.4 by
r.m.s voltage of AC input.
Yes
Check whether voltage of
CE505 is between 5.8V and
6.2V
Yes
Check whether voltage of
CE504 is between 10V and
18V
Yes
Check D509, D510, R520, R511,
R512, C504, CE509, CE510, JP511 or
replace the power board
