Battery Installation 1. Remove the USB cap. 2. Remove the battery compartment cover on the back of the MP3 player by sliding it in the direction of the arrow. 3. Insert a AAA battery (not supplied) into the battery compartment. Install the batteries correctly by following the polarity (+ and -) indications in the battery compartment.
