    TAKING YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE READING Before taking your reading, review the section under Features & Assembly of your Home Blood Pressure Kit and ensure every piece is properly assembled and your eartips are securely fastened. Reminder, it is important to avoid smoking, eating, taking medication, alcohol consumption or physical activity 30 minutes prior to taking a reading.

    COLOCACIÓN DEL BRAZALETE Antes de colocarse el brazalete de presión arterial, asegúrese de haber seleccionado el tamaño de brazalete adecuado: El brazalete grande para adultos (incluido) se adapta a una circunferencia de brazo de: 13” - 17” (33-43.2 cm) Recuerde que es importante evitar fumar, comer, tomar medicamentos, ingerir alcohol o hacer alguna actividad física 30 minutos antes de tomar una lectura.
