1. Help: update firmware, about product, about soft and user guide
2. To upgrade the device firmware, first press the BACK and ENTER keys of the device you want to up-
grade, then boot the device, run the software into the upgrade page, select the firmware, and then up-
grade. The entire upgrade process will take some time.
