HELP WITH YOUR VERIZON HUB
If you need help with your Verizon Hub,
try these troubleshooting tips.
1. Confi rm active Internet connection
Check Internet activity from a computer
to make sure your connection is working
properly in your home.
2. Check Home Network connection
If using a wireless connection, check your
Verizon Hub Wi-Fi signal strength. Try
moving it to another location to capture
a stronger signal.
If using a wired connection, make sure
the Ethernet cable is properly connected.
Lastly, see if your router is working
properly.
3. Restart your Verizon Hub
Unplug the power cord, wait 15 seconds
and then plug the power cord back into
the power source. The screen will reboot.
