    NOTE: The Sanitizing Wand contains a rechargeable 4.8V Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) battery pack made only by Verilux. Do not attempt to replace with other brands. To order a new battery, call Verilux customer service at 1-800-786-6850.

    Sanitizing Wand Initial Set-up — continued Charging the Wand It takes approximately 14 hours to fully charge the battery for the first time. • Connect the power adapter to the Wand. • Plug the power adapter into a 110V grounded electrical outlet. • The status LED light is RED when the Wand is charging. • The status LED light is GREEN when the Wand is fully charged or in use. • After the first full charge, typical charging time is 8 hours under normal use.
