  • Page 6 Step 1: NOTE: Make sure to attach the Plastic Connectors (U1) so the sides with the larger hole openings are facing in the correct direction for the screw heads to go in and be recessed inside the connector. Attach 6pcs Plastic Connectors (U1) to the Upper Back Panel (B) using 12pcs KD Screws (U2). Attach 4pcs Plastic Connectors (U1) to the Upper Left Side Panel (E) using 8pcs KD Screws (U2).

  • Page 8 Step 5: Attach the Upper Front Panel (I) to the Inner Left and Right Panels (M & N) using 2pcs Wooden Dowels (U4). See Fig. 5 below. Step 6:Attach the Middle Shelf Panel (C) to the assembled unit using 10 pcs KD Screws (U2). See Fig.6 below.

  • Page 10 Step 8: Attach the Upper Back Panel (B) to the Middle Shelf Panel (C) using 3pcs KD Screws (U2). See Fig. 8 below. Step 9:Attach the Top Panel (A) to the assembled unit using 7pcs KD Screws (U2). See Fig. 9 below.

  • Page 13 Step 13: Attach the Left and Right Doors (G & H) to the Left & Right Side Panels (J &K) by attaching the Hinges (U5) onto the Left & Right Side Panels (J & K) using 8pcs Self-Tapping Screws (U6). See Fig.13 below. Step 14:Attach the Hole Cover (U7) over the hole on the Upper Back Panel (B).
  • Page 14 Step 15: Carefully place the Electric Fireplace Heater Insert through the back of mantel with the front of the heater facing out the opening in the mantel as shown in Fig. 15 below. Step 16: Once the insert is in place, attach the top of the insert to the back of the Upper Front Panel (I) of the mantel using 3pcs Mounting Screws (U9).
  • Page 15 After assembly is complete, check the fireplace insert controls and make sure they are all in the OFF position. Plug the fireplace into a 15AMP/120Volt outlet. Once the fireplace insert has been properly connected to a grounded, electrical outlet, it is ready to operate. Do not use an extension cord or power strip. OPERATION BY THE CONTROL PANEL The controls are located behind the grill below the front glass and can be accessed by pulling grill from the top, forward and down.

    750W: For low heat function – Press this switch while the O/I switch is in the ON position. The indicator light will turn on. 1500W: For high heat function – Press this switch are in the on position. The indicator light will turn on (keep the 750W in the ON position).
  • Page 17 Step 1: Unplug the fireplace heater Step 2: Remove 12 screws on the back of fireplace and remove the rear cover. Step 3: You will find 1 X 40W Type B-10 bulb under log-set bed. Step 4: Loosen and remove burnt out bulb and replace with new bulb. Step 5: Close the rear cover and secure with the 12 screws.
