The device can be remote controlled from the front and backside.

Please remove the insulation spacer in the bottom of back of remote controller
before useing. If you have to replace the battery, just pull down the battery cover.

The upper cleaning wheel is not functioning; it's frozen and not rotating all around
I went to a nearby maintenance shop to try to fix the upper wheel because it does not move, they told me that there is no damage to thee wheel and its good, but it needs an update from the company.
