Using Your Quantlet

The Quantlet is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and has not been examined by
the FDA or other regulatory agencies. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program
To Run any Protocol via the App
A list of protocols and their individual description can be found at https://TheQuantlet.com/protocols. These
instructions assume that the unit is fully off. No LEDs are visible.
****Charge for a minimum of 4 hours before use.
1) Press and hold the button. After 5 seconds release. This wakes up the Quantlet.
2) Press and hold the button. The LEDs will change to alternating green and orange
3) Press and hold again for 5 seconds. The LEDS will change to blinking blue
4) If the Quantlet has previously been paired, The Quantlet app should auto connect.
5) If the unit does not auto connect go to "Discover" under the app menu.
6) Choose the device under the "Discovered Devices".
7) Select "YES" to the Device Chosen screen.
8) The LEDS on the Quantlet will turn solid green
9) On the app, the Bluetooth icon and Battery icon will go from grey to highlight.
10) Now choose the Protocol that you want to run under Select Protocol.
11) To end a protocol press "Stop" or press the button on the Quantlet to end.
12) Press and hold the button on the Quantlet to turn off.
To Run a Manual Protocol
These instructions assume that the unit is fully off. No LEDs are visible.

1) Press and hold the button. After 5 seconds release. This wakes up the Quantlet.
2) Press and hold the button. The LEDs will change to alternating green and orange
3) Press and hold again for 5 seconds. The LEDS will change to blinking blue.
4) Press and hold again for 5 seconds. The LEDS will change to steady orange and the power LEDs will
come on.
5) If you depress the button for too long the Quantlet will turn off.
6) Press and hold the button on the Quantlet to turn it off.
When the Quantlet is attached to its USB Charger
1) Press and hold the button. After 5 seconds release. This wakes up the Quantlet.
2) The LED will indicate the level of charge. Blinking Orange, Pink, or Green and Orange.
