BACKUP
Create
an Exact
Copy
of
an
Original
Disk
rsaerr^a^
backup
copies the
contents of
the
source disk
to
the destination disk.
This gives
you
a
"safe" copy
of
the disk.
Always
keep
an extra
copy
of data or
programs
you have
stored
on your
disks.
Note:
Both
source
and
destination diskettes
must be write-enabled.
trsdos
will
prompt you
at
each
step after
you
type:
BACKUP
If
you
omitted
the source/destination-drive
numbers, trsdos
will
begin with
the
prompts:
SOURCE DRIVE NUMBER.
Type
in the
number
of the drive that
contains
the
source diskette
and
press
(EWTER)
.
DESTINATION DRIVE NUMBER?
Type
in the
number
of the drive that will
contain the destination diskette
and
press CENTER]
.
SOURCE DISK MASTER PASSWORD?
Type
in
the
password
assigned
to
your source
diskette.
DISK
CONTAINS DATA* USE DISK OR NOT?
Type
in Y
(Yes) or N (No).
